“I am not what happens to me. I am what I choose to become.”– Carl Jung
Even the best moments of our lives can simultaneously be deeply painful times. The path of life naturally brings us challenges to face. These may include family and relational struggles, loss and grief, traumatic events, low points in self-esteem, questioning our purpose in life, and other demands women experience. It is easy to get overwhelmed or even experience the inability to move forward from time to time.
Think of therapy as a gift to yourself. It may be the best self-care you discover.
I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey no matter what your needs are.
“There are many critical points in a woman’s life when it becomes necessary to stand in her own unique way, and it is my desire to empower you to get the most of what you want and need out of life. I serve all of Colorado with Tele-Health appointments and in person. My office has been located in Highlands Ranch since 2003. I am across the street from Children’s Hospital South.”

About Me
My therapeutic style is very personable, non-judgmental, and academically sound. I utilize a mix of CBT skills and tools, EMDR, along with the existential practices of looking at where you’ve been, where you are now, and what you would like to move toward in your life. I also employ a compassionate, straight-forward approach in talk therapy.
